Delivery and return

Our logistics center is located in France in the south of the Paris region. We ship your orders daily worldwide from Monday to Friday. If you want to know more about our logistics center it's over there.

Delivery methods

Here is the summary of our different delivery methods with deadlines and prices:

Standard delivery	3 - 5 working days	17.00 $
Express delivery	2 working days	81.00 $

International delivery

We deliver to all countries of the world. Our rates do not include any additional taxes linked to the country of destination which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.

How to get a refund or exchange a product?

1. Send us an email at contact@simone-et-georges.com to tell us about your request by telling us your order number.
2. We will tell you the address to which you can return the product (s) to us.
3. Upon receipt of your return you will be refunded or we will send you the desired products in exchange.
